Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to craft clear, compelling, and engaging content.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or equivalent work experience.
3+ years of experience in social media marketing with a proven record of campaign success.
3+ years of Microsoft Office.
2+ years’ experience with creative tools like Canva, Adobe Express or video editing software for short-form video, graphics, and branded content.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies that align with overall marketing and business goals, supporting brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth.
Create and publish engaging, high-quality content that resonates with target B2B audiences across multiple platforms.
Manage and grow social media channels both organically and through paid media in partnership with external agencies.
Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (engagement, traffic, leads) to continuously optimize campaigns.
Collaborate cross-functionally with brand marketing, creative, sales, and merchandising teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
Build and nurture relationships with customers and influencers while actively engaging with audiences and responding to inquiries.
Develop editorial calendars, define KPIs, and manage budgets to ensure efficient and effective campaign execution.
