About The Position

U Trust Insurance Agency LLC is seeking a creative Social Media Manager to manage its social media presence and build a strong brand positioning strategy. This role involves the full social media lifecycle, from planning and content creation to publishing and execution. The ideal candidate will produce engaging photos, videos, and other materials for social media channels, working closely with the team in Vancouver, Washington, and visiting the office periodically for content capture. The role requires developing content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management and community engagement.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent storytelling and content creation skills (visual and written).
• Access to a camera and content creation equipment (such as lighting, microphone, and other tools needed for producing engaging video and visual content).
• Experience with paid social media advertising and audience targeting.
• Proficiency in content management tools and social media analytics platforms.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of Russian/ Ukrainian will be a plus.
• Experience in the insurance, trucking, or B2B sector is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage high-quality, engaging, and value-driven content that reflects the company’s mission and core values.
• Grow and nurture our online community by engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and fostering meaningful interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Service, and HR) to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive audience engagement.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry insights to optimize our content strategy.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to measure success and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment between online and offline branding initiatives.
