About The Position

About Zappy Zappy is a modern Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partner supporting fast-growing healthcare and telemedicine practices. We help our clients scale by providing exceptional remote talent across operations, marketing, sales, and administration. We are currently hiring on behalf of a growing cash-based telemedicine practice specializing in women's hormone health, metabolic wellness, and longevity medicine. Position Overview We are seeking a creative, results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow both the practice's and founder's presence across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. This is not simply a scheduling role. We're looking for someone who understands how to create engaging content, grow social media accounts, and convert followers into booked discovery calls. The ideal candidate is proactive, creative, and able to work independently with minimal oversight.

Requirements

• 3+ years managing social media for a brand, business, healthcare practice, or public figure
• Proven experience growing social media accounts and driving measurable results
• Strong video editing skills using CapCut or similar software
• Experience using ManyChat or similar automation tools
• Excellent written English skills
• Highly organized and able to work independently
• Portfolio required, including examples of content and results achieved

Nice To Haves

• Experience in healthcare, wellness, telemedicine, or medical brands
• Familiarity with women's health, hormone health, or longevity content
• Experience supporting influencer or partnership campaigns

Responsibilities

• Manage Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn accounts
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule of 4–5+ posts per week
• Build and manage a content calendar aligned with business goals
• Develop content ideas, captions, and short-form video concepts
• Edit and publish Reels, TikToks, Stories, LinkedIn posts, and carousel content
• Organize and manage photo and video assets
• Provide filming guidance when needed
• Identify trends, viral content opportunities, and platform best practices
• Manage ManyChat automations for engagement and lead generation
• Monitor analytics and optimize content based on performance
