About The Position

Viktor is an AI coworker that integrates with Slack and Microsoft Teams, connecting to thousands of tools to perform tasks across finance, marketing, operations, and engineering. The company is building a product intended to replace a significant portion of the SaaS stack with a single teammate. The team is small, but the scope of the role is extensive. The company has a product that generates frequent "wait, it can do that?" moments, an active Creator Program with payouts across five platforms, and founders who actively post. This role is for the first dedicated social hire who will own the social media function end-to-end, including the Creator Program operations, with no existing playbook to inherit. The individual in this role will define what this function becomes.

Requirements

  • Previous experience running social media for a brand or product, preferably in B2B SaaS, AI, or dev tools, with demonstrable results of channel improvement.
  • Deeply engaged with online platforms like X and TikTok, with a strong understanding of the AI and tech landscape, including current trends, lore, and memes.
  • Proven ability to operate programs, manage spreadsheets, handle payouts, manage creators, and close loops, with an enjoyment for operational tasks.
  • Skilled writer capable of producing fast, clear, and engaging copy that captures attention.
  • Technical curiosity and the ability to understand technical users, workflows, and the functionalities of Viktor.
  • AI-native, using tools like Claude or Viktor in daily work and applying them to the role.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with a small team, full ownership, and a lack of a predefined playbook, demonstrating initiative and decisiveness.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building a personal following on X or TikTok, or managing a brand account that achieved significant following.
  • Experience managing the operations of a creator, ambassador, or referral program at scale.
  • Experience working with technical buyers and builders, such as developers, operations professionals, and marketers.

Responsibilities

  • Own all of Viktor's organic social media presence across LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, including content calendar, posting, copywriting, hook creation, and responding to replies and comments.
  • Actively participate in online conversations within the AI and tech communities, understanding the relevant discourse, memes, and key individuals to make Viktor a part of the conversation in real-time.
  • Operate and manage the Creator Program, which involves hundreds of creators posting about Viktor for compensation and credits across five platforms. This includes reviewing submissions, managing payout tiers, maintaining spreadsheets and automations, and handling creator inquiries to ensure smooth operation and prevent abuse.
  • Amplify content from the founding team and other team members by identifying optimal angles, timing, and repurposing content to maximize reach and build a compounding engine for reach over time.
  • Measure the effectiveness of social media efforts by tracking key metrics such as reach, follower growth, signups, and creator output, and use this data to adjust the content calendar and discontinue underperforming initiatives.
  • Ensure the Creator Program operations are clean and efficient, with submissions reviewed, payouts processed on time, and the overall system running smoothly.
