Bumble is looking for a Social Media Manager who is a creator first; someone who is deeply tapped into culture, confident making content themselves, and excited to collaborate with other creators to turn real-world moments and online conversations into social storytelling that moves the brand forward. Reporting to the Associate Director, Social Media, this role is focused on hands-on execution, content creation, and cultural participation across Bumbleâs key platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram. Youâll be embedded in culture, attending events, working closely with creators, participating in cultural listening sessions, and translating Gen Z insights into content ideas that feel timely, relevant, and unmistakably Bumble. This role is ideal for someone who already has experience as a creator with an engaged community and is eager to build a long-term career in marketing while staying close to the creative, cultural, and community-driven side of social.
