About The Position

We are seeking a Social Media Manager to support the day-to-day execution of our social media presence across multiple platforms. This role is responsible for capturing, creating, and posting content that highlights our projects, employees, and company culture. This is a hands-on, content-driven role with a strong focus on video and field-based storytelling, including drone footage.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or marketing
Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, etc.)
FAA Part 107 License preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Comfortable working in field environments (construction sites)
Self-starter with strong organization and follow-through

Responsibilities

Capture photo and video content on job sites and in the office
Create short-form content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
Operate drones to capture aerial footage of projects and job sites
Follow FAA guidelines and company safety standards
Schedule and publish content across company social media channels
Maintain consistent posting cadence
Monitor comments, messages, and engagement
Respond or escalate as appropriate
Assist with employee spotlights, recruiting campaigns, and project highlights
Work with leadership and HR to capture relevant content
