About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our AI-powered marketing initiatives and drive business growth through innovative, data-driven strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AI-enabled marketing, campaign automation, performance marketing, and team leadership. You will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, optimizing customer acquisition funnels, and leveraging AI tools to maximize marketing efficiency and ROI.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years leading or managing AI-enhanced marketing campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation and AI platforms such as HubSpot, Jasper, Salesforce Einstein, ChatGPT, Mutiny, or equivalent tools.
• Strong proficiency with analytics platforms including Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, and A/B testing frameworks.
• Excellent understanding of marketing KPIs, customer acquisition, growth loops, conversion funnels, and campaign optimization.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor teams and manage cross-functional projects.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and an innovation-driven mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in B2B, SaaS, Technology, Healthcare, or IT Services industries.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Paid Media, Email Marketing, CRM platforms, and Marketing Automation.
• Experience managing AI-powered, multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute AI-driven marketing strategies focused on automation, personalization, customer segmentation, and predictive analytics.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team across performance marketing, content creation, and design.
• Utilize AI-powered marketing tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, HubSpot AI, AdCreative.ai , and similar platforms to improve campaign performance and productivity.
• Plan and execute successful product and service launches using AI-generated content and real-time marketing insights.
• Optimize customer acquisition and conversion funnels through behavior-based triggers, dynamic content, and conversion path analysis.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales and Product teams to align marketing strategies and drive pipeline growth.
• Monitor campaign performance using AI-powered dashboards and analytics tools, making data-driven optimizations in real time.
• Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure measurable Return on Investment (ROI).
• Conduct A/B testing and continuously improve campaign performance through experimentation and data analysis.
• Stay up to date with the latest AI marketing trends, automation technologies, and digital marketing best practices.
