We're looking for a Social Media Manager & Creative Coordinator to join our marketing team at our Southfield, Michigan headquarters. This is an in-office role that will help bring the SEE brand to life across social media, digital marketing, and creative content initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in social media, content creation, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and current social media best practices
  • Experience creating and editing short-form video content
  • Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong visual eye and basic graphic design skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter who can take ownership of projects while collaborating with a team

Nice To Haves

  • Photography and content production experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage SEE Eyewear's social media channels
  • Develop and maintain social media content calendars
  • Plan, create, publish, and schedule engaging content
  • Monitor social trends, identify opportunities, and bring fresh ideas to the team
  • Manage community engagement and support social customer service efforts
  • Track performance metrics and provide recommendations for continued growth
  • Capture ecommerce and product photography
  • Create and edit short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms
  • Support influencer outreach and content execution
  • Assist with behind-the-scenes content, brand storytelling, and campaign development
  • Support the creation of email marketing and digital creative assets
  • Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and creative production projects
  • Help maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on creative concepts and execution
