About The Position

GCBHS is seeking a creative and innovative Social Media HR Co-op to support its mission of helping individuals with mental illness and addictions lead healthy and productive lives. The role is designed for college students pursuing Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field, particularly those with an interest in Human Resources. It is a hybrid position, primarily remote, with occasional onsite responsibilities at the Cincinnati office. Requirements

Actively pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience with social media strategy and content management.
Proficiency in digital media tools, illustrations, and video editing.
Strong interpersonal skills and a people-oriented mindset.
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.

Nice To Haves

A strong interest in Human Resources is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement social media content strategies to promote open positions and showcase GCBHS’s employer brand.
Use creative methods to communicate key messages about the organization’s mission and culture.
Create engaging digital content, including videos and flyers, for various social platforms to attract talent.
Create and manage digital content for social platforms in support of outreach efforts.
Assist in organizing and attending virtual and in-person job fairs, representing the Talent Acquisition team.
