About The Position

Dexterra Signature Dining Full-Time Social Media and Event Coordinators manage multiple social media handles of key unit(s) for the company. These often include, but are not limited to: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, & Snapchat for multiple units and often different verticals (Retail vs Higher Ed). Alongside content creation, this role provides general marketing support which includes engaging with customers and collecting feedback for operational improvements. This includes tabling, polling, sampling, events support, and other activities that drive customer participation and reinforce the Dexterra brand.

Requirements

Strong skill set in content creation.
Ability to juggle creating content for multiple units simultaneously.
Ability to edit high-quality audio and video using a combination of hardware and software.
Ability to manage and build E-Commerce environments.
Ability to use multiple forms of editing software to create cutting-edge content.
Ability to use cloud-based platforms to aggregate feedback.
Understanding of standard Social Media KPIs and Metrics.
Ability to account for metrics, provide context, and grow them over time.
Capable designers that can create marketing collateral such as loyalty cards, posters, and signage.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple social media handles for key company units across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Snapchat.

Understand standard Social Media KPIs and Metrics.
Send weekly reports on Social Media and Engagement to Dexterra Signature Dining’s National Leads.
Provide context around metrics and work to grow them over time.
Engage with customers and collect feedback for operational improvements.
Support events and other activities that drive customer participation and reinforce the Dexterra brand.
Design marketing collateral such as loyalty cards, posters, and signage.
