The Social Media Content Manager will be instrumental in expanding the company's digital presence, developing content strategies to increase brand awareness, showcase services, and strengthen connections with customers and employees. This role reports to the Customer Experience Officer.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in social media management or content creation with emphasis on video.
Strong copy and editing skills with an eye for storytelling and brand alignment.
Experience with social media analytics and content management tools.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects.

Develop, plan, and execute content strategies for all social media platforms.

Manage the social media content calendar to align with marketing initiatives and company priorities.
