Requirements

  • Experience in customer service within a digital or social environment
  • Exceptional writing skills with a refined sense of brand voice and tone
  • Proficiency in Sprout, Zendesk, and retail e-commerce platforms (or comparable tools)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities seamlessly
  • A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with a high standard of execution

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Deliver timely, thoughtful responses to customer inquiries across social media and e-commerce platforms
  • Craft polished, on-brand replies to reviews and public feedback.
  • Engage across Q&A channels on social platforms and e-commerce sites, delivering clear, confident guidance.
  • Identify and escalate sensitive or high-impact issues with sound judgment
  • Monitor trends and sentiment to proactively support brand reputation
