We're looking for a creative, organized, and self-motivated Social Media Coordinator to help tell the story of our communities across multiple markets while strengthening the Ambo Properties brand.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing business social media accounts or creating digital marketing content.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
  • Experience creating engaging short-form video content and editing using tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
  • Strong photography and videography skills with an eye for visual storytelling.
  • Excellent written communication, copywriting, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, communities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with the ability to travel regularly between company properties.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in multifamily housing, real estate, hospitality, or property management marketing is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms for multiple apartment communities.
  • Visit properties to capture high-quality photos, videos, resident events, amenities, team culture, and community highlights.
  • Produce short-form video content, including Reels and TikToks, that reflects current trends while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns, property initiatives, and company goals.
  • Collaborate with regional managers and onsite teams to gather content, promote community events, highlight leasing specials, and celebrate resident experiences.
  • Monitor social media accounts by responding to comments, direct messages, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Support online reputation management by encouraging positive engagement and assisting with review generation initiatives.
  • Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices to recommend new content ideas and strategies.
  • Track engagement, audience growth, and content performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain brand standards and ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity across all communities.
  • Assist with corporate marketing initiatives, special projects, recruitment campaigns, and company events as needed.
