Cast is seeking a Social Media Coordinator who will help reimagine Cast's social media presence as an important tool for reaching survivors and influencing the way that human trafficking is understood, discussed, and portrayed. This is a strategic role. The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for developing and executing campaigns, creating and publishing content across multiple platforms (currently Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube), and tracking and reporting on engagement with survivors, partners, and the public. The Social Media Coordinator will work closely with colleagues across programs, policy, and communications to ensure content reflects Cast's work accurately and amplifies the organization's broader goals. The role serves two equally important goals: reaching survivors directly, especially youth who are being trafficked or who have experienced trafficking, with trusted information, accessible resources, and messaging that affirms their dignity and autonomy; and advancing narratives on human trafficking that shift discourse away from criminalization and toward trauma-informed, survivor-led approaches. This role requires someone who understands that social media, for many young people, is often the primary way they access information and seek help. A successful candidate will combine content creativity with strategic discipline and will hold survivor safety and dignity as non-negotiable principles in everything they produce.
