About The Position

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to support the digital presence of TruSkin, a leading skincare brand. This role will be responsible for content creation, coordinating with external agencies, and actively managing our online community to drive engagement, brand awareness, and growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and best practices
  • Hands-on experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated experience in on-camera video creation, with clear examples in both portfolio and resume (strongly preferred)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with agency partners
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Experience in skincare, beauty, or eCommerce brands is a strong plus
  • Comfortable creating short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, etc.) and appearing on camera

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging static and video content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) aligned with TruSkin’s brand voice
  • Create and appear in on-camera video content to support short-form and engaging social media storytelling
  • Develop clear and strategic creative briefs for third-party agency partners to ensure high-quality execution
  • Plan and execute the social media content calendar in collaboration with internal Marketing and Brand teams
  • Manage day-to-day community engagement, including responding to comments, DMs, and customer interactions in a timely and professional manner
  • Monitor social media trends, skincare industry insights, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
  • Track and report on social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and E-commerce teams for campaigns and product launches
  • Ensure all content adheres to TruSkin’s brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone and visual identity
