Requirements

• One (1) or more years of experience in social media management and copywriting.
• Must successfully complete all Atria specified training programs.
• Understanding of each social media platform's mechanics, audience, and trends.
• Strong organizational and logistics skills.
• Proven storytelling ability, and strong writing skills for effective communication and messaging.
• Strong conceptual and strategic thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Creates, writes and supports social media content and engagement across the Company's social media channels, sharing the stories of how Atria communities help residents thrive and employees find purpose in their work.
• Monitors community social media content and engagement via social media management tool.
• Engages on/with our social media posts as applicable.
• Triages negative comments and works with customer service and leadership on the appropriate response.
• Develops monthly social media content across Atria brand pages.
• Reviews social content with stakeholders.
• Facilitates social media coaching sessions with community teams.
• Audits Facebook pages to ensure they meet Atria standards.
• Builds relationships with community employees to source local social content.
• Monitors ongoing trends in the social media world and provides recommendations for future content.
• Logs social media photography for further use.
• May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.
