About The Position

Bolder Adventure Park is hiring a Social Media Coordinator to own their social channels. This role involves being the on-camera talent and producer for short-form content across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts, engaging with the online community, and participating in social media strategy sessions. The position starts part-time at approximately 20 hours per week, with a mix of remote and on-site work, and offers a clear path to a full-time Social Media Manager role for the right candidate who can demonstrate ownership of the channel.

Requirements

  • Comfortable and enthusiastic about being on camera.
  • An active and consistent personal social media presence demonstrating taste.
  • Reliable transportation to Grand Prairie, TX.
  • Ability to edit your own short-form video content using tools like CapCut or Premiere.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed, as much of the content creation happens at the park.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience posting on TikTok or Instagram for fun.
  • Experience editing your own videos.
  • Opinions about what's currently working on social media.

Responsibilities

  • Be the face of @bolderadventurepark on camera, acting as both actor and producer for content.
  • Plan, shoot, edit, and post short-form content across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Quickly adapt to and hop on current social media trends.
  • Engage with comments, direct messages, and the DFW creator scene.
  • Sit in on strategy sessions with the social team to learn channel growth tactics.
