Sans is building the next great consumer hardware brand, focusing on products that promote healthier living at home, starting with air and water purifiers. ium is a related consumer brand focused on enhancing daily rituals through thoughtful products and lifestyle storytelling. Both brands are driven by a small, ambitious team that moves fast and achieves significant results. Brand is central to building trust, differentiation, and long-term demand for both Sans and ium. The Social Media Coordinator & Content Creator will be instrumental in bringing the social content strategy for both brands to life across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. This role involves producing static and short-form video content, managing daily social media execution, and maintaining a consistent content engine for two distinct brand profiles. Reporting to the Associate Director of Brand Amplification and collaborating with the Creative Director, this position will execute against content calendars, campaign priorities, and brand vision. It is a hands-on creative production and coordination role requiring the ability to translate strategy into high-quality, consistent content. The work will span educational content, product storytelling, lifestyle moments, founder/team features, trend-driven content, and social-first creative, utilizing tools such as Canva, CapCut, and AI-assisted creative tools. The ideal candidate is a natural creator with a strong visual sense, an understanding of short-form platform performance, and enthusiasm for supporting two growing consumer brands. Key attributes include being detail-oriented, highly organized, self-directed, and eager to build a content engine from the ground up.

Requirements

  • Comfortable filming yourself, capturing content independently, and creating social-first video assets.
  • Demonstrated experience with Canva, including building posts, carousels, and templates from scratch or from a brand kit.
  • Experience creating and editing short-form video content using CapCut, InShot, or similar mobile/desktop editing tools.
  • Portfolio or examples of social content created (personal brand, client work, or freelance).
  • Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts as a creator.
  • Experience adapting content across multiple platforms and formats while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Strong visual eye and attention to detail, with a focus on alignment, type hierarchy, and clean aesthetics.
  • Self-directed and reliable, capable of taking a content brief or idea and producing a finished asset with minimal supervision.
  • Communicative and organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced, small-team environment with shifting priorities.
  • Creative and curious, actively consuming and analyzing social media content to understand what works and why.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with or willingness to learn AI-assisted creative tools (e.g., ElevenLabs, HeyGen).
  • Interest in wellness, home products, DTC brands, or health-related content.

Responsibilities

  • Create static posts, carousels, and story cards in Canva, adhering to brand templates and visual guidelines for both Sans and ium.
  • Edit and produce short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) using CapCut and similar editing tools.
  • Produce a high volume of weekly content across both brands, managing the process from brief to final asset delivery.
  • Adapt and repurpose content across different formats and platforms (e.g., converting static posts to Reels, reformatting Reels for TikTok).
  • Film social-first content, including product shots, lifestyle clips, b-roll, behind-the-scenes footage, and trend-based videos. May occasionally appear on camera for demos or talking-head segments.
  • Collaborate with the Brand Amplification team on weekly content planning, creative direction, and performance review.
  • Source and organize visual assets, b-roll, product footage, and user-generated content (UGC) for content creation.
  • Stay current on social media trends, audio, and formats, proactively suggesting new ideas to the team.
  • Support content shoots by preparing shot lists, gathering props and products, capturing behind-the-scenes content, and organizing final assets.
  • Help maintain a consistent brand look and voice across all platforms and content types.
  • Pull basic performance data to identify successful content and contribute to weekly reporting.
