About The Position

We are looking for a Social Media Coordinator & Events Team member to help spread cake joy both online and in real life. This role requires creativity, a sales-minded approach, and the ability to capture engaging content. The position involves managing social media, traveling between bakeries to create content, attending events, and representing the brand with high energy while also driving sales.

Requirements

Social media expertise with the ability to grow and engage an audience.
Comfortable being behind and in front of the camera.
Creative with an ability to identify content opportunities.
Sales-minded with an understanding that content should drive business.
Outgoing, energetic, and confident in interacting with guests and team members.
Driven and takes initiative.
Willingness to work weekends and events.
Comfortable traveling between all 9 bakeries regularly.
Must have reliable transportation.
Ability to be on feet, move, lift event supplies, and tolerate physical exertion.

Experience as a 'Content Queen/King' or 'Cake Hype Squad Captain'.

Responsibilities

Running social media: capturing, creating, posting, and engaging daily.
Traveling between all 8 bakeries to shoot fresh, fun, on-brand content (cakes, team, guests, behind-the-scenes magic!).
Attending events, markets, and pop-ups as a content + sales superstar.
Filming various content formats including reels, TikToks, stories, customer moments, team culture, and cake glam shots.
Representing the brand at events with high energy and capturing content that converts.
Setting up and breaking down event setups (tables, signage, tents, cake magic).
Applying a sales-driven mindset to drive traffic and sales through content.
Keeping content organized, on-brand, and consistent across all locations.
Staying on top of trends and adapting them into brand-relevant content.
