About The Position

We're hiring our first dedicated social and content person to own Perle's presence across every platform and turn it into a real growth engine. This is a build-from-scratch role where you will be responsible for creating the strategy, production, posting, and analytics for all social media and content. You will be the one creating the content calendar, team, and playbook. If you want to plug into an established machine, this isn't the role. Requirements

• Proven experience in growing social accounts with demonstrable impact on community growth and engagement.
• Ability to shoot and edit short-form video independently.
• Strong writing skills with an understanding of hooks, pacing, and engaging content.
• Self-directed and comfortable owning a function with high autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Run all of Perle's social accounts (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) end to end, setting the tone for each platform and ensuring a cohesive brand identity.
• Create weekly content: posts, reels, and short-form video, managing the full production lifecycle from ideation and scripting to filming and final editing.
• Produce reels that showcase expert projects to serve as a recruiting channel, highlighting unique opportunities within Perle.
• Build the content strategy, calendar, and brand voice from the ground up, defining key pillars, establishing a posting cadence, and refining Perle's communication.
• Track performance, double down on successful strategies, and grow engagement and following month over month using data-driven insights.
• Make AI and data topics interesting and human, translating complex machine learning concepts into relatable narratives for a broad audience.
• Grow awareness of Perle as a brand and bring new experts into our network through content creation.
