Requirements

  • A strong portfolio or examples of short-form video content.
  • Proficiency in tools like CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Excellent editing, visual storytelling, and on-camera instincts.
  • Confidence filming in a busy, live environment (showroom, service drive, or community events).
  • Self-starter mindset with strong organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • A collaborative attitude and the desire to help a fast-growing store stand out online.

Responsibilities

  • Build original, engaging short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts that highlights our team, culture, inventory, promotions, and events.
  • Establish Toyota of Boerne as a lifestyle brand through storytelling and creative visuals.
  • Capture behind-the-scenes moments, team spotlights, customer deliveries, walkarounds, and live events.
  • Plan, schedule, and manage a content calendar that aligns with store goals, seasonal campaigns, and promotions.
  • Identify and utilize trending audio, viral formats, and emerging social media styles.
  • Collaborate with sales, service, and leadership teams to showcase the people behind the brand.
  • Monitor performance and engagement to refine strategy and increase reach.
