About The Position

Her Campus Media is seeking a creative, organized, social media-savvy, and detail-oriented Social Media & Content Creation Intern for Fall 2026. This intern will specialize in creating static and video content for the social channels of Her Campus, College Fashionista, and Spoon University (with a focus on Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest), as well as social media research and categorization/organization. Her Campus Media internships are available to current college students full-time (summer) or part-time during the academic year. Internships are unpaid and offered for school credit, with flexible hours.

Requirements

• Current college undergraduate
• Strong communication, organization, and strategic thinking skills
• Working knowledge of all Google for Work tools
• Hardworking, detail-oriented, efficient, and creative work ethic
• Passionate about the Her Campus Mission
• Strong video editing skills and comfort level with being on camera
• A love for social media and a pulse on the latest trends
• A deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram, both from a creator and user perspective
• An interest in creating pop culture, beauty, career, style, and lifestyle-related content

Responsibilities

• Creating static and video content for the social channels of Her Campus, College Fashionista, and Spoon University (with a focus on Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest)
• Social media research and categorization/organization
• Researching the latest social media trends
• Brainstorming ways to adapt popular memes to fit the Her Campus, College Fashionista, and Spoon University audience
• Writing catchy social media copy while scheduling posts across platforms
• Engaging with community members across social media platforms
• Other tasks as needed
