Responsibilities

  • Own Social & Community: Lead a social-first strategy where community is treated as a key brand channel, not just a response function. Define how the brand shows up in conversation—& across all social platforms. Act as the internal voice of the community.
  • Lead Community Management & Conversation: Own day-to-day community management across all platforms, ensuring timely, thoughtful, and on-brand engagement. Actively participate in conversations by responding to comments, DMs, mentions, tags, and UGC in a way that feels human, culturally aware, and brand-forward. Identify opportunities to turn engagement into storytelling: spotting standout comments, fans, and moments worth amplifying. Develop creative approaches to community interaction, including reactive replies, social-first moments, and platform-native conversation tactics. Monitor sentiment, trends, and feedback to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for brand growth.
  • Bring the Brand to Life Through Social Content: Create, curate, and publish content that sparks conversation, invites participation, and strengthens emotional connection with our audience.
