We are seeking a creative and driven full-time Social Media & Community Manager to join our Marketing team (Maternity leave coverage) and serve as the voice of Atlas across all social media platforms. Reporting to the Director of Marketing & E-Commerce, this role will collaborate closely with the Marketing & E-Commerce team to manage and grow Atlas’s organic social presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other channels. The Social Media & Community Manager will be responsible for creating engaging daily content, collaborating with influencers, vendor partners, and the in-store sales team, and actively engaging with online communities to grow brand awareness, strengthen customer relationships, and build brand loyalty. This role will also track and analyze social media performance while providing recommendations to enhance campaigns and optimize social media initiatives. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, content creation, and community building, with a strong ability to deliver high-quality work, develop innovative marketing strategies, and create meaningful customer experiences that strengthen the Atlas brand.
