About The Position

We are seeking a Social Media Brand Coordinator to execute day-to-day social media activities and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across all channels. This role is best suited for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who excels at following established brand guidelines, managing content calendars, and keeping workflows on track.

Requirements

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in social media coordination, content creation, or digital marketing
  • Strong writing and copy-editing skills, with the ability to draft and refine social content in a clear, concise, and on-brand voice
  • Strong communication skills
  • Familiarity with social media management tools
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva) is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Execute the social media content calendar by publishing and scheduling approved content across platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, X)
  • Ensure all content adheres to established brand voice, tone, and visual guidelines
  • Format and adapt content for different platforms (captions, hashtags, tagging, resizing assets)
  • Monitor channels daily and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather content, approvals, and assets
  • Maintain organized content libraries and posting schedules
  • Track basic performance metrics and compile reports for the team
  • Support content production including light copywriting, basic graphic edits, and uploading short-form video
