About The Position

Reliant Holdings is seeking a Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to strengthen brand awareness and support company communications through thoughtful digital storytelling and coordinated campaigns. This role is central to maintaining a consistent presence across channels while helping translate business priorities into clear, engaging content.

Requirements

Strong content creation and editing skills (copy, basic design, and video)
Comfort with analytics, reporting, and campaign measurement
Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and maintain brand standards
Ability to submit to a criminal history check
Ability to submit to screening for alcohol and illegal drug use
Ability to be screened for ability to perform essential functions of some positions

Responsibilities

Managing and publishing content on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
Creating written, visual, and video assets for marketing, recruiting, and customer engagement
Supporting campaigns, events, launches, and announcements
Monitoring engagement and escalating concerns when appropriate
Tracking performance metrics with clear reporting and improvement recommendations
Reviewing scheduled posts, checking notifications, and scanning engagement trends
Aligning upcoming messages with current priorities
Drafting copy, selecting visuals, and polishing short-form video for timely updates
Collecting photos, testimonials, or project notes
Organizing assets and updating a simple content calendar
Compiling performance snapshots to identify what's resonating, what's not, and where to adjust
Ensuring active conversations are handled appropriately
Ensuring upcoming announcements are ready to publish with a consistent look and voice
