As a rapidly growing direct-to-consumer omnichannel brand (bricks-and-mortar, ecommerce, home delivery), we are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as the Social & Influencer Manager. In this role, you will help shape and execute Wild Fork’s social media and influencer initiatives to engage and nurture our community, strengthen brand presence, and expand our reach. You will manage the creation, distribution, and optimization of content across social platforms while leading creator and partnership initiatives that introduce new audiences to the brand. We are looking for a creative and disciplined operator who is passionate about social media, creator culture, and food. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, balancing creativity with organization, and translating ideas into structured execution. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4–7 years of experience in social media and influencer marketing for a consumer-facing brand, preferably within food, grocery, retail, or omnichannel environments with brick-and-mortar presence.
  • Demonstrated experience creating and executing social and influencer content that improved measurable performance outcomes.
  • Experience managing influencer and creator partnerships end-to-end, including briefing, coordination, contracts, and performance evaluation.
  • Strong platform fluency across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, with hands-on experience creating short-form, platform-native content.
  • Strong writing and content development skills, with the ability to produce clear, engaging, audience-appropriate social content.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally and working with external partners or agencies.
  • Comfortable using social analytics tools and dashboards (e.g., Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, Sprout or similar) to inform decisions and optimize performance.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A genuine passion for social platforms, creator culture, and food.

Responsibilities

  • Concept, capture, and publish engaging, platform-native content across priority social platforms, including META, TikTok, YouTube, and other emerging channels.
  • Create short-form video and timely lo-fi content that reflects platform best practices and audience behavior.
  • Partner with internal teams, creators, and external partners to guide content development and ensure alignment with brand standards and quality expectations.
  • Oversee content from ideation through publishing, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand standards.
  • Act as a consistent and responsive brand presence across platforms, managing inbound and outbound engagement.
  • Monitor community sentiment and escalate customer issues appropriately in partnership with Customer Care and Product teams.
  • Execute social initiatives aligned with marketing goals and brand priorities.
  • Develop and manage content calendars aligned to campaigns, seasonal initiatives, and product moments.
  • Define and track key performance indicators including reach, engagement, traffic, and sentiment.
  • Analyze performance trends and translate insights into clear, actionable improvements.
  • Partner with Media and Business Insights teams to ensure alignment across channels and reporting efforts.
  • Identify, evaluate, and activate creators and influencers aligned with marketing initiatives and target audiences.
  • Manage end-to-end partnership workflows including outreach, briefing, approvals, contract coordination, and delivery timelines.
  • Collaborate on co-branded or partnership opportunities that extend brand reach and relevance.
  • Monitor partnership performance and recommend optimizations based on measurable results.
  • Maintain organized systems for usage rights, asset management, and compliance.
  • Monitor platform updates, emerging formats, and creator behaviors, identifying opportunities to apply relevant trends in a timely and brand-appropriate way.
  • Translate cultural and culinary insights into practical content ideas that support marketing initiatives.
  • Bring forward observations about audience behavior and evolving social norms to inform future content planning.
