About The Position

GENERAL PURPOSE: Ensure that all yesco.com geo sites (including franchisees) have a social media presence on individual websites, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Requirements

• Ability to establish relationships with local representatives from each YESCO location (including franchisees)
• Self-motivated and goal oriented
• Knowledge of Excel
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Secure engaging content, including photos, for a minimum of two posting per month per location for each social media platform (including franchisees)
• Monitor feedback and reputation management system.
• Graph number of Google, web page and Infuseo reviews for each location (including franchisees)
• Monitor and post net promoter score (NPS) for each location (including franchisees)
