Social Enterprise Operations Manager

Requirements
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience owning or managing a small business, franchise or Business Operations unit.
- Strong operational leadership in a fast paced, service driven environment
- Experience creating quotes, pricing, and proposals
- Hands on experience with scheduling, staffing, and hiring
- Comfort with financial oversight including budgets and P&L style thinking
- Ability to lead change and build systems from the ground up
- A mission driven approach and respect for the needs of adults with developmental disabilities
Responsibilities
- Operational leadership of a for profit service line within a nonprofit structure
- Develop and refine workflows that ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance
- Create and manage employee schedules to meet service demands
- Build and maintain vendor, partner, and community relationships
- Implement process improvements that support scalability and long term sustainability
- Develop and manage annual budgets for the business unit
- Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability
- Create quotes, pricing models, and cost analyses
- Ensure financial alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards
- Meet with prospective clients to understand needs and present service offerings
- Prepare and submit competitive bids for contracts and service agreements
- Represent the program at community and industry events
