About The Position

This position is designed to strengthen and expand our social enterprise efforts by placing an entrepreneurial operator at the helm of a revenue generating business unit that directly supports our mission. The Social Enterprise Business Administrator will function with the autonomy and accountability of a small business owner while aligning with our organizational values, compliance requirements, and long term strategic goals.

Requirements

• Entrepreneurial operator with experience owning or managing a small business or franchise
• Strong change agent capable of building systems and improving processes
• Hands on manager with experience in staffing, scheduling, and service delivery
• Financially savvy leader comfortable with budgets, pricing, and revenue targets
• Mission aligned professional committed to disability inclusion and community impact

Responsibilities

• Oversee day to day operations of the social enterprise
• Build and refine systems, workflows, and quality standards
• Lead hiring, scheduling and employee development
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and service expectations
• Develop and manage the business unit’s annual budget
• Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability
• Create pricing structures, quotes, and cost analyses
• Align financial decisions with organizational priorities
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Prepare and submit competitive bids for service contracts
• Represent the enterprise in community and partner settings
