About The Position
SeneGence is a global beauty and skincare brand focused on confidence, connection, and empowering women. They are seeking a creative storyteller to craft engaging content for social media and digital marketing platforms. The Social & Digital Content Creator / Editor will be responsible for conceptualizing, filming, editing, and posting short-form content that highlights the brand's essence across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, email, and other digital channels. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role for someone passionate about creating content that drives engagement.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience creating and editing social content, ideally in the beauty, lifestyle, or influencer space.
- Skilled in mobile and desktop editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush).
- Confident behind the camera and collaborating with on-screen talent.
- Creative thinker with a strong sense of visual storytelling and attention to detail.
- Experience creating content for both social and digital marketing environments, understanding how visuals and copy translate across channels.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in graphic design (Canva, Photoshop).
- Familiarity with influencer or direct-selling marketing.
Responsibilities
- Capture and edit high-quality short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
- Repurpose existing brand assets into new, platform-native formats.
- Write engaging, authentic captions and hashtags that reflect the SeneGence voice.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Creative teams on product launches, campaigns, and storytelling initiatives.
- Stay current with trends in beauty, skincare, and social media, translating them into brand-appropriate content.
- Manage uploads, tagging, and scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Sprout).
- Track performance metrics (reach, saves, engagement) and share insights.
- Ensure brand consistency and tone across all social and digital touchpoints.
