Position Summary: The Social & Digital Communications Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and growth of Empower Pharmacy’s social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), Threads, and other emerging channels. Reporting to the Director, Content, this role is the primary steward of Empower’s brand voice and reputation in social spaces, ensuring consistent, compliant, and audience-first engagement that builds trust with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and patients. This role sits at the intersection of editorial judgment and community management. The Social Media Manager executes a content calendar aligned to the broader content strategy, monitors channel performance, responds to community interactions, and collaborates cross-functionally to keep social content timely, accurate, and on-brand. Success in this role requires strong writing instincts, a deep understanding of healthcare audiences, and the ability to operate within a regulated environment without sacrificing creativity or speed.
