About The Position

We're looking for a Social Content Creator who combines end-to-end content creation with a creative superpower in copywriting. You'll own the creative process from ideation and scripting through filming, editing, and delivery, creating work that feels native to each platform while staying true to our brands. Working closely with strategists, other creatives, community managers, and client teams, you'll produce culturally relevant content that captures attention, drives engagement, and delivers against business objectives. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing planned campaigns with reactive opportunities and using performance insights to continually evolve your work. While you are a social-first creator at heart, you also bring a dedicated superpower in copywriting. You write killer hooks, sharp social copy, and can find the perfect brand voice for any platform to elevate the content you create.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience creating content for social platforms within an agency, brand, publisher, or creator environment.
• A portfolio demonstrating exceptional content creation skills, strong creative thinking and storytelling, and expertise in social copywriting.
• Proven ability to independently concept, script, shoot, edit, and deliver content while leveraging your expertise in copywriting.
• Strong copywriting, scriptwriting, and conceptual skills with a knack for writing engaging captions and hooks.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and the evolving social landscape.
• Proficiency with CapCut and Adobe Creative Suite, with experience using native platform editing tools.
• Excellent visual storytelling skills with an eye for composition, pacing, and attention-grabbing creative.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and respond to emerging trends without sacrificing quality.
• Collaborative mindset with strong organizational and project management skills.
• A passion for social media, digital culture, and bringing your unique copywriting superpower to every project.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, scripts, hooks, and storyboards for social content across multiple brands.
• Leverage your creative superpower in copywriting to elevate content from concept through execution, ensuring compelling narratives and sharp captions.
• Capture content using mobile devices as well as professional camera equipment when the creative calls for it.
• Edit engaging short-form and longer-form content using traditional and native platform editing tools.
• Create content tailored to platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and emerging channels.
• Stay on top of trends, platform updates, and cultural moments, identifying opportunities to create timely, brand-appropriate content.
• Own projects from concept through final delivery, managing multiple priorities while maintaining quality and speed.
• Partner closely with strategists, other creatives, community managers, and account teams to bring campaigns and content ideas to life.
• Apply brand guidelines while adapting content to feel authentic and native to each platform.
• Review content performance and audience insights to optimize future creative and continuously improve results.
• Support content capture at events, activations, shoots, and other brand moments as needed.

Benefits

• The salary range upon conversion to permanent employment is $85,000-$100,000.
• Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local cost of labor.
• Salary is subject to change based on factors such as geographic location and cost of living in the location of hire.
