We’re building a dedicated marketing team for a major sports-based attraction. This role is a full-time position within our company, embedded day-to-day with one client and fully focused on launching and growing their business. This is not a traditional agency role. You will operate as an extension of the client’s internal team, with real ownership over strategy, creative, and performance. You’ll help launch a new sports attraction and shape how it shows up in the world from day one. This includes initial launch, ongoing operations, and future expansions including touring experiences and additional installations. You will lead the digital presence and creative output from the ground up, helping bring a new sports experience to market and scale its audience over time. You are a full-time employee of our company, dedicated to a single client You will be highly integrated with the client’s team and day-to-day operations You will not follow a traditional agency structure or juggle multiple accounts Success in this role is measured by business impact, not just output
