About The Position

This role manages social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement across multiple platforms. It leads the development and execution of social media campaigns aligned with organizational goals and key performance indicators. The role integrates data-driven insights and current social media trends to optimize content and campaign effectiveness. Success is measured by the achievement of campaign goals, audience growth, and return on investment metrics. The work supports consistent brand representation and improves customer experience through innovative social media approaches.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of related work experience OR advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
  • Problem Solving (Required)
  • Creative Sourcing (Required)
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

  • Acceptable areas of study include Communications, Marketing, Business or related field (Preferred)
  • 4-7 years Social media experience with brand and traffic building focus for both organic and paid social channels (Preferred)
  • 4-7 years Social content development or content strategist role including client-facing experience, preferably with Fortune 500 clients (Preferred)
  • 4-7 years Digital content optimization experience for large scale firm
  • Experience in one or more of the following: social media agency, digital agency or digital publishing (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media campaigns that achieve measurable results aligned with key performance indicators
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated social media campaigns across various business areas
  • Create engaging social-first content that effectively communicates brand messages through diverse formats
  • Set, monitor, and report on social media channel goals, metrics, and return on investment
  • Provide guidance on social media guidelines, emerging trends, and optimization opportunities for organic and paid efforts
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
