Contact HirexHire for more client information THE ROLE The Social Content and Partnerships Producer will own our client's social media content creation and support the execution of commercial partnerships through engaging, audience-focused content. This hands-on role will develop creative concepts, produce and publish short-form video and social content, and build recurring series that grow audience engagement and drive awareness of the platform. Working closely with sports handicappers, creators, and the partnerships team, the Producer will also coordinate sponsored content, affiliate promotions, and partner activations while tracking performance and ensuring commitments are delivered on time.
Requirements
- Experience creating and publishing social media content, particularly short-form video, with a portfolio demonstrating work you personally produced.
- A strong understanding of sports and sports betting culture, including current conversations, audience interests, and creator communities.
- Proficiency in video production and editing, with the ability to take content from initial concept through final publication.
- Strong creative instincts, including the ability to develop compelling hooks, maintain audience attention, and integrate sponsors naturally into content.
- Experience managing a content calendar, coordinating projects, and balancing multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with creators, internal teams, and external partners.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to generate ideas, execute independently, respond to feedback, and adapt when priorities change.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and the ability to use performance data to inform content decisions and demonstrate results.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in sports media, sports betting, creator-led businesses, consumer startups, or agencies is preferred.
- Exposure to sponsored content, affiliate marketing, or partnership activations is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the social content calendar and personally develop, film, edit, and publish content across our client's social channels.
- Develop recurring content series, test new formats, and use performance insights to improve engagement, reach, and platform awareness.
- Turn trending sports moments, sports betting conversations, capper insights, and internal data into relevant, shareable content.
- Collaborate directly with cappers and creators to develop content ideas, coordinate production, and bring concepts to life.
- Partner with the commercial team to develop and execute sponsored content, partner promotions, and other branded activations.
- Coordinate guest bookings for video programming, affiliate promotions, giveaways, and partner or subscriber communications.
- Manage project timelines, creator schedules, and partner deliverables, following up proactively and flagging potential delays or issues.
- Track social content performance, activation completion, and attributable revenue where measurable, providing timely reporting and invoicing support.
- Use audience feedback, campaign results, and partner insights to refine creative approaches and improve future content and activations.
