About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and strategically minded Creative Producer to serve as the project management backbone of our digital content team. At Trail Life USA, our mission is to partner with churches to guide generations of courageous young men to honor God, lead with integrity, and serve others through outdoor adventure. In this role, you will partner directly with our Social Media Content Creator to ensure our digital media engine runs smoothly. While the Content Creator focuses on daily execution and community engagement, you will focus on the big picture: managing the content calendar, coordinating production logistics, organizing assets, and ensuring all projects are delivered on time and on brand. If you thrive on building systems, supporting creatives, and advancing a faith-based mission, this role is for you.

Requirements

  • Deep, personal agreement with Trail Life USA’s Christian mission, Statement of Faith, and dedication to outdoor adventure and character development in boys and men.
  • Proven track record in a producer, project manager, or creative coordinator role, ideally within a marketing, media, or non-profit environment.
  • Strong experience working with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and content scheduling platforms.
  • A solid understanding of modern video production workflows, social media platforms, and digital asset management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple overlapping timelines in a fast-paced environment without letting details slip through the cracks.
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience provided by a portfolio(please include with resume) is required.
  • Membership in Trail Life USA, subscription to and constant adherence to the Trail Life USA Statements of Faith and Values, agreement and adherence to the Trail Life Code of Conduct, and agreement and adherence to the Employee Handbook.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in content creation for social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Understanding of data analytics and the ability to interpret data to inform content strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the master content calendar, tracking all video, social media, and digital campaigns from initial ideation to final publication.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the digital content team and other Trail Life USA departments (such as events, church relations, and merchandise) to ensure all media requests are scheduled and fulfilled.
  • Assist the Content Creator by removing roadblocks—researching trends, sourcing archival footage, coordinating interview schedules, and gathering resources needed for daily posts and larger campaigns.
  • Build and manage a streamlined digital asset management system for raw footage, photography, graphics, and finished deliverables so the team can quickly access what they need.
  • Review content to ensure it aligns with our core mission, Statement of Faith, and brand guidelines before publication, while actively tracking analytics to inform future creative planning.
