About The Position

Apollo is the global leader in premium electric mobility. We build the best-riding scooters in the world — and we're looking for someone to make our social presence match the product. This is an ownership role. We've run social reactively for years, with the founding team defaulting to what we know. That ends with this hire. You will own the social strategy across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, set the direction, and be accountable for the results. We are not going to hand you a content plan — we're hiring you to build it.

Requirements

  • Scrappy, hungry, and want to make an impact.
  • Experience independently owning a channel or social strategy and can point to results driven without direction.
  • Ability to think in systems — build repeatable processes and run disciplined creative tests, rather than chasing trends one post at a time.
  • AI-native in practice: automate creator outreach, generate and test creative variance, edit faster, and pull reporting using AI as a default, not a novelty (Higgsfield and similar tools included).
  • Experience coordinating creative teams in an agency or in-house environment.
  • Knowledge of YouTube cold — long and short-form — and fluency in what performs on Shorts, Reels, and TikTok, and why.
  • Relentless at sourcing and signing creators; cold outreach doesn't faze you.
  • Self-directed, highly organized, and able to run multiple creator workstreams without dropping anything.
  • Proactive, quick to adopt new technology, and thinks outside the box.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on videography and editing experience — can shoot and cut when needed, and knows good content when seen and can articulate why.

Responsibilities

  • Own the social strategy and content calendar across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram — aligned to product launches, campaigns, and paid media
  • Develop and manage a structured creative testing system: hypotheses, variants, results, iteration — not one-off posts
  • Manage the full creator lifecycle: sourcing, outreach, negotiation (often product-for-content, not cash), briefing, production oversight, and delivery
  • Plan and run shoots — the filming schedule, the content pipeline, and high-quality footage when the moment calls for it
  • Repurpose existing footage into short-form social and ad-ready content at consistent volume
  • Manage day-to-day social media — posting, replying to comments and DMs
  • Source and onboard new micro and UGC creators as the roster grows
  • Develop and present monthly social KPIs and reporting — clear analysis and recommendations you act on
  • Manage brand partnerships and collaborations that expand Apollo's reach
