Our brand already turns heads in the real world. Now we’re building a social content engine that’s just as bold, irreverent, and culturally fluent. This role is not about making safe legal content. It’s about finding the tension between personal injury law and what makes Gen Z tick, and turning that into content people actually want to watch, share, and talk about. You’ll have unlimited creative freedom to explore: • Scrappy, reactive content made at the speed of the internet • Serialized social series with recurring characters or formats • Elevated partnership-driven moments tied to cultural moments or Morgan & Morgan activations • Real-world stunts translated into social storytelling We’re looking for a creator who sees opportunity where others see “just a law firm.”
