About The Position

Join GoDaddy’s Summer Content Creatorship Program, an immersive experience designed for emerging creators who want real-world experience building social content for a global brand. Over the course of the program, trainees will work alongside the Brand, Creative, and Corporate Strategy teams to ideate, create, and publish social content across key platforms. This program is designed to bring fresh perspectives into the brand, helping us better connect with younger audiences and push our social presence into new, more innovative spaces.

Requirements

  • Rising college freshmen or sophomores pursuing marketing or social media
  • Curious minds ready to explore how technology and AI are shaping the future of software, sales, and entrepreneurship
  • Builders, problem-solvers, and dreamers passionate about making a difference—whether through technology, product development, or customer outreach
  • Excited, enthusiastic communicators who want to connect with future GoDaddy customers and help others launch their ideas
  • Passionate about social media, content creation, and storytelling
  • Actively creating content on your own channels or through school or freelance work
  • Deeply familiar with current social platforms, trends, and creators
  • Creative, curious, and eager to experiment
  • Comfortable sharing ideas and collaborating in a team environment
  • Familiar with content creation tools such as CapCut, Edits, or similar apps
  • Comfortable using AI tools to support content creation and ideation
  • Interested in exploring new formats, voices, and ways of showing up on social

Nice To Haves

  • Experience creating short-form video content
  • Familiarity with editing tools and mobile-first production workflows
  • Interest in emerging technology and AI-driven content creation

Responsibilities

  • Create original, platform-native social content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
  • Contribute ideas for ongoing campaigns and real creative briefs
  • Actively engage with audiences through social community management, including proactive commenting and trend participation
  • Identify and share emerging social trends, formats, and cultural moments
  • Bring a fresh perspective on how GoDaddy can better resonate with younger audiences
  • Collaborate with creative, marketing, and social teams on content development
  • Experiment with new formats, content styles, and potentially launch or contribute to a new experimental social handle
  • Develop and present a final campaign concept to leadership
