This hybrid role involves working from the corporate office and remotely, with some travel required for content creation. The ideal candidate is a creative individual with a strong background in innovative content creation and a deep understanding of TikTok trends. The brand, founded in 2019, is known for its luxurious, easy-to-use formulas and its signature red-carpet glow, aiming to make professional artistry accessible to everyone. Patrick Ta Beauty is recognized for its award-winning duo blushes and glow-enhancing formulas, holding top rankings at Sephora and a cult following among various user groups. The company is focused on shaping modern luxury beauty through pro-inspired innovation and consumer-friendly functionality.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of content creation experience for social media with a demonstrated portfolio of work.
  • Ability to create high-quality content quickly and efficiently.
  • Prior beauty experience.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong communication, conceptual thinking, and management skills.
  • Detail-oriented and passionate about social media.
  • Keen eye for typography, visual design and photography.
  • Proactive team player and collaborator.
  • Strong multi-tasker and ability to handle high-volume of work under tight deadlines.
  • Organized with exceptional time-management skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle required.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience as a personal or administrative assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Creating assets to bring to life the co-founder's personal social media channels.
  • Creating 7-10 pieces of content weekly that align with the co-founder's day-to-day activities, brand ethos, and current digital trends.
  • Filming and editing content in same-day/real-time turnaround.
  • Consistently suggesting new trends and ideas to stay socially relevant.
  • Working cross-functionally with the brand team to ensure brand assets go live according to larger marketing rollouts.
  • Staying on the cutting edge of industry trends, prominent cultural conversations, new platforms, and best practices for social content.
