Adquadrant is scaling its Social Commerce division with a clear goal: build one of the strongest creator-led commerce engines in the market, starting with TikTok Shop and expanding across the broader creator ecosystem. We are hiring a Social Commerce Coordinator, Creator & Affiliate Operations to support the day-to-day execution required to grow client GMV, increase creator output, improve sampling workflows, and keep affiliate programs moving with speed and accuracy. This is a junior, hands-on role. It is not a director role. It is not a high-level strategy role. The right person will be comfortable doing the tactical work that makes the system run: creator outreach, affiliate approvals, sample tracking, re-engagement messages, campaign setup, reporting updates, backend QA, and client support prep. You will work closely with the Social Commerce leadership team and support the operators responsible for client strategy. Over time, the goal is for this person to grow into deeper client ownership and strategic contribution, but the immediate need is executional capacity, operational consistency, and fast learning. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who has experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, TikTok Shop, e-commerce, or creator operations and wants to build deep expertise in one of the fastest-growing areas of modern commerce.
