About The Position

We’re looking for a high-impact, modern commerce leader who can build and scale Cariloha’s creator-driven growth engine across influencers, affiliates, live commerce, and social content. This role sits at the center of content, creators, and commerce, and owns both revenue and output across these channels. You will oversee and integrate: Creator & affiliate partnerships, Social commerce and content production, Live selling and TikTok Shop ecosystem, Viral content strategy and execution, Brand collaborations and campaign partnerships. You will also manage and lead the Head of Social Commerce & Content (photo/video production team), ensuring that content creation and creator performance are fully aligned to revenue outcomes. This is a builder + operator + creative commerce leadership role responsible for turning creators and content into a scalable growth engine.

Requirements

  • 5- 8+ years in creator marketing, social commerce, influencer programs, or digital growth roles
  • Proven experience building revenue-driven creator ecosystems (not just awareness campaigns)
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and short-form video ecosystems
  • Strong understanding of affiliate and performance marketing
  • Strong understanding of UGC and paid social scaling
  • Experience leading multi-layered teams (creative + partnerships + execution)
  • Comfortable overseeing photo, video, and content production teams
  • Strong instincts for what goes viral and what converts
  • Highly analytical but culturally fluent in creator and internet trends
  • Experience running events, shoots, or brand activations
  • Strong operator who can move between strategy, production, and execution

Nice To Haves

  • Experience scaling TikTok Shop or live commerce programs
  • Background in creator marketing ecosystems or DTC growth brands
  • Experience launching viral campaigns or creator-led product drops
  • Existing deep network of creators, agencies, and social talent
  • Experience building or managing in-house content studios
  • Willingness to travel (30–40%)

Responsibilities

  • Own and scale the full creator and affiliate ecosystem
  • Drive revenue through influencer partnerships, affiliate programs, and creator collaborations
  • Build tiered creator strategies (high-performing affiliates, ambassadors, campaign creators)
  • Develop scalable systems for sourcing, activating, and retaining creators
  • Ensure creator output is consistently tied to measurable revenue impact
  • Lead high-impact creator-led brand collaborations
  • Identify and secure partnerships that drive revenue, cultural relevance, and viral reach
  • Oversee execution of co-marketing campaigns with creators and external brands
  • Build repeatable frameworks for scalable collaborations
  • Oversee TikTok Shop and live commerce strategy
  • Ensure live commerce is integrated into campaigns, product drops, and creator activations
  • Align live selling with creator and content strategy to maximize conversion and reach
  • Directly oversee Head of Social Commerce & Content (photo/video team)
  • Ensure content production is aligned to revenue goals, creator performance, and campaign objectives
  • Lead planning and execution of social content calendars, brand campaigns, and product storytelling content
  • Ensure tight integration between creative production, creator output, and paid and organic performance
  • Define what “high-performing content” looks like across platforms
  • Build systems for viral testing, content iteration, and creative performance feedback loops
  • Partner with paid media to ensure winning creator/content is scaled via whitelisting and paid amplification
  • Continuously identify formats that drive engagement, conversion, and shareability
  • Oversee execution of creator events, brand activations, and content shoots
  • Ensure seamless coordination between creators, production teams, and social/content teams
  • Drive end-to-end execution of campaign shoots, creator days, pop-ups and experiential activations
  • Ensure every event produces high-quality, reusable content assets
  • Lead and scale a multi-layer Creator Commerce organization, including Director of Social Commerce & Content (photo/video + production team), Live Commerce Lead (optional depending on structure), Creator & Brand Partnership Manager, Director of Influencer & Partnerships, Creator & Affiliate Specialist, and external creators, agencies, and production partners
  • Hiring, structuring, and developing the team
  • Setting KPIs across revenue, content, and creator performance
  • Aligning creative output with business goals
  • Building a fast-moving, test-and-learn culture
