About The Position

Zulay Kitchen is seeking a Creator Affiliate Manager to build and manage a network of social media creators, affiliates, and product promoters. Zulay Kitchen is a rapidly expanding kitchenware brand with a diverse product range sold across multiple online marketplaces. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong understanding of social media, a passion for creator outreach, and the ability to convert engagement into tangible results. The primary responsibility will be to identify content creators, onboard them as affiliates, manage product sample distribution, ensure content posting, and foster a consistent stream of creator-generated content for organic sales, affiliate marketing, and advertising campaigns. This role focuses on building the creator engine that supports existing ad efforts, rather than direct media buying.

Requirements

• Organized, persistent, and comfortable doing a lot of outreach.
• Understands TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, UGC, influencers, and affiliate marketing.
• Can communicate clearly and professionally with creators.
• Follows up without dropping balls.
• Excited by the idea of helping a major kitchen brand grow through creator partnerships.
• Likes production, movement, and results, not just planning.

Responsibilities

• Find and reach out to social media creators who are a good fit for Zulay Kitchen products.
• Recruit and activate creators as affiliates.
• Coordinate sending product samples to creators.
• Follow up consistently to make sure creators post content.
• Track creator responses, samples, content deadlines, posts, and performance.
• Collect usable videos and content from creators.
• Work with our marketing and media buying team so strong content can be used in ads.
• Help build a large, active network of creators promoting Zulay Kitchen.
