The Social Behavior Change and Marketing Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing social behavior change and marketing strategies focused on value creation. This role involves developing and executing communication strategies to deliver Tiko's message in a relevant, meaningful, and effective way, supporting Tiko's health programs for adolescents and young people. The manager will also be responsible for Tiko platform marketing and communications strategy, translating strategies into actionable plans, employing a data-driven approach, identifying strategic partnerships, and providing programmatic oversight to local partners. The role requires collaboration with government ministries and other partners on SBC and marketing matters.
