About The Position

The Sr. Marketing Manager will lead social media for Ipsos in the U.S., across all channels, with a special focus on LinkedIn. This role involves planning and executing Ipsos’ social presence to support thought leadership, event activations, solution launches, and internal culture initiatives. The approach emphasizes quality over quantity, with an upgraded strategy and creative execution aligned with global aims. The position requires coordination across content, events, and operations teams, maintaining the social editorial calendar, drafting and scheduling posts, creating assets, and monitoring/reporting on U.S. social media performance. Global coordination with the Global Director of social media is also key, ensuring local activation of global posts and compiling reports. The role will also plan and execute paid social campaigns, explore expansion to secondary social channels (Quora, TikTok, Instagram, Reddit), conduct competitive analysis, engage target audiences, and develop an Internal Influencer program including a U.S. Influencer Program and a U.S. Employee Advocacy effort. Additionally, the Sr. Marketing Manager will bring a commercial lens to marketing activities, creating USP-oriented messaging and collateral that bridges service line offerings with thought leadership campaigns. This includes developing deep relationships within service lines, understanding offers globally and in the U.S., and ensuring strategic service line topics are amplified through various content forums with supporting collateral. The role serves as the primary Marketing Point of Contact for U.S. sales materials, collaborating with service lines and the Marketing Editorial Board to create collateral in online and offline formats, including core capabilities and client impact stories, and coordinating with the Design Studio for asset production. Assets will be linked to campaigns and integrated into the Templafy Content Ecosystem. The position also manages the quality and quantity of the U.S. Marketo database. The company is committed to diversity and inclusion, providing equal opportunity and fostering an inclusive culture.
