About The Position

The Soccer Enrichment Coach leads after-school soccer classes for students in grades K–5 at elementary schools across the Bay Area. Coaches create a fun, supportive environment where children can learn and play, teach soccer using provided lesson plans, and manage groups of 8–16 students ages 5–10. Classes last 1–1.5 hours and start between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Coaches work at least two days per week, with a maximum of 2–5 hours weekly. A two-day training session is provided. The role involves transporting and setting up soccer equipment, handling attendance and student sign-in/out, communicating with parents and school staff, providing feedback on student progress, and taking photos during sessions. Candidates must be local to the US or have a valid working visa; visa assistance is not provided.

Requirements

• At least 19 years old.
• At least a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
• Passion for working with children and effective classroom management skills.
• Flexibility, reliability, punctuality, and a professional, enthusiastic approach.
• Strong communication skills and a resilient, positive attitude.
• Reliable transportation throughout the East and South Bay and Peninsula.
• Local to the US or possess a valid working visa; visa assistance is not provided.
