Requirements

Prior coaching experience in a college, high school, or successful club program.
Demonstrate all skills, drills and fundamentals of the sport.
Supervise athletes before practices, during/after practices and during activities/events.
Attend coaching meetings as assigned.
Evaluate the progress of the student athletes.
Assist with fundraising along with promoting community support and awareness.
Set scrimmages, game schedules, and practice schedules for the program.

Experience in a successful club program.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of the soccer program, including the safety and inventory of athletic equipment.
Communicate with the Athletic Director regarding student athletes, parental concerns, and any incidents.
Promote academics by monitoring student performance and enforcing eligibility rules.
Ensure all student athletes have the opportunity to compete while promoting sportsmanship.
Build positive relationships with the community to promote the sport.
Demonstrate all skills, drills, and fundamentals of the sport.
Manage and take inventory of all equipment.
Be present at all weekend activities.
Supervise athletes before, during, and after practices, and during activities/events.
Attend assigned coaching meetings.
Evaluate the progress of student athletes.
Assist with fundraising and promote community support and awareness.
Set scrimmages, game schedules, and practice schedules for the program.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Athletic Director.
