This role functions as a supervisor of Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other company personnel assigned to one or more posts at client site(s). The supervisor ensures that all post orders are followed, required rounds are completed, and necessary reports are filed. They are responsible for notifying proper authorities and clients in emergency situations. The role involves coaching and disciplining personnel, training Security Officers and other company personnel, and reviewing post orders. The supervisor also assists in submitting payroll and personnel information, ensures adequate coverage of all posts, prepares and submits various reports, inspects posts, and meets with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and to provide quality customer service. Supervisory duties may include interviewing, orienting, training, planning, assigning, directing work, coaching, appraising performance, rewarding, disciplining, addressing complaints, resolving problems, and making hiring and termination recommendations. The role may also involve performing the duties of a Security Officer.
