We are seeking a professional and dependable SOC Operator / Security Officer for a mixed-role position in Wilton, CT. This role involves monitoring CCTV, access control, and alarm systems, dispatching and documenting security incidents, maintaining logs and reports, and following emergency and escalation procedures. Additionally, the role includes conducting foot patrols, monitoring access points, assisting employees and visitors, responding to security incidents and emergencies, and completing daily activity and incident reports. The Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations.
